Prompt: In 2–3 well-developed sentences, reflect on how you spent your Holiday Break. Then, identify four personal you would like to achieve this year and briefly explain why each goal is important to you (Copy and paste your completed response from Writable into your blog).

Prompt: I moved to my father's residence completely. Then I played every single Insomniac Spider-Man game, binged my favorite movies, and on Saturday, before returning, I went to Repticon to window shop for a new lizard.

Summary: Today, we worked on setting goals for the year and reviewing our break.

Reflection: I already set my goals, but it's nice to reflect on what I'd like to do for the year.

1. The first goal that I would like to achieve is to go to the gym two hundred times in the year of our Lord 2026. This is important to me for my physical condition and for the routine sharpening of the mind to a razor's edge. I will accomplish this by following my push, pull, and legs workout plan. While giving time for rest and recovery. The most important part of consistency is knowing when you need rest, so I will sleep 8-10 hours a day and make sure my diet is consistent and reasonable.

2. My second goal is getting my driver's license. This is important to me because I need to drive around and get all my belongings to places because of having divorced parents. I will achieve this by taking my paperwork into the DMV to get an appointment. Waiting in line for roughly 30 minutes to an hour. Walking up to the help desk, asking for my license and then waited for the processing time and got my license.

3. My third goal is to put bench 250 by the end of the year. This is important to me because visual and clear markers make me more confident. I will achieve this through the method of progressive overload. In which per week I will move up the weight of my bench and if i fail i simply repeat the process until I succeed. Which will hopefully progress my 195 bench to 250.

4. My fourth goal is to lose 30 pounds. This is important to me to measure my progress in the gym and to see muscle more clearly. I will stick to my diet and track my calories. Then, I weigh myself weekly to see how much I lose. I will also work in cheat meals so i don't get fatigued.
